@Tommy: Install DirectX9.0c atau versi yang lebih tinggi dan driver video card (VGA) dengan versi terbaru ke dalam PC atau laptop.

Untuk Windows Vista coba download ulang DirectX 10
Untuk Windows XP coba install ulang DirectX 9.0c
Download dapat ente dicari di situs Microsoft atau Softpedia.
coba di check dolo ada atau tidaknya masalah pada directX
Start > Run > ketik " dxdiag " ( tanpa tanda kutip )
trus pilih tab Direct X Files, lihat dibagian bawah klo no problem found, berarti gak ada masalah..
@Fans isal tetep Failed Initialize directX meski uda diganti2 dan gw pake windows 7 dan directX 11 dan Latop toshiba nb200 tetep gak kebuka tuch..
